Alexandra’s yogic practice is built on the belief that ALL lineages of yoga share a golden thread of knowledge — urging us to be present, live simply and harbor a deep respect for the divinity of nature, and ourselves. Whether in her classroom — leading transformational retreats around the world, or online, Alexandra uses her vast toolbelt, passion for alignment and creative sequencing to bring her students into a mindful moving meditation, all the while maintaining her signature style that is dynamic, powerful … and FUN.

A dedicated yogi for more than 10 years, Alexandra passionately integrates the wisdom she has gathered from her years of study and practice on and off the mat. Students most frequently comment on the playful, authentic and freeing nature of her classes and private sessions. In her years of required study to become a certified E-RYT; YACEP, Alexandra and has been fortunate enough to study with influential teachers in the Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Yin, Aerial and Yoga Nidra traditions. When she’s not on her mat, Alexandra finds her flow as a lover of art, travel, cooking, writing, photography, meditation, hiking, surfing and growing her own garden!
